C&M Training is a key provider of training courses, personal development, professional development and community development within the whole of the UK, but primarily within the Wigan and Greater Manchester areas.

My name's Chris Astbury and with over 20 years of experience, I believe my training courses provide a quality experience, have relevant content and represent good value for money. All of my courses are interactive, sometimes challenging, but always non-judgmental and non-threatening.

As well as providing training, I also provide consultancy on areas such as strategic planning, policy writing, and mapping learning provision. I've worked as a facilitator in areas such as team building, project planning, conflict resolution and becoming an effective board of trustees.

All of my courses are tailored to the individual client's needs; I have run courses in caves, on buses and narrowboats!
